At Aishwarya Silks, customer satisfaction is our priority. We maintain a transparent return and refund policy for your convenience.
Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- The product delivered is different from what was ordered
To be eligible, you must:
- Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product
- Ensure the item is unused, with original tags and packaging
Note: We do not accept returns for customized stitched items or products purchased during sales or offers.
We do not provide any replacement.
Refunds
Once your returned item is inspected and approved, we will initiate a refund:
- Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method
- COD orders may be refunded via bank transfer
Refunds are typically credited within 7–10 business days after approval.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. You may return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.
